KinesisLab is an AI and software engineering practice. The contact point for any question about this notice, or about the data we hold on you, is office@kinesislab.ai.

Only what you type into the brief form: your name, your work email address, your organisation, and the text of your brief. We use it for one purpose — to read your enquiry and reply to it. We do not use it for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you chose to send us, and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Your brief is delivered to our mailbox by two processors. Resend, an email delivery service, transmits the message; Microsoft hosts the mailbox that receives it. Both act on our instructions and neither uses your data for its own purposes. Our hosting provider processes the web request that carries your submission, and does not retain its contents.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers rely on the provider's own safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising pixels, and loads no third-party analytics. Nothing here follows you anywhere. If that changes, this notice changes first.

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live, and then for up to twenty-four months so we can recognise you if you come back. After that they are deleted. If the enquiry becomes a contract, the relevant records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, and object to our use of it. Write to office@kinesislab.ai and we will answer within one month. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Submissions travel over TLS. Access to the mailbox is limited to the partners. Report a security problem to office@kinesislab.ai.
